02 / UNDERSTAND THE SCOPE
Limited warranties address qualifying defects in materials or workmanship. They do not cover every kind of damage or every cost associated with a repair.
Oakly’s two-year limited warranty covers qualifying manufacturing, material and workmanship defects under normal use. It applies to the original consumer purchaser, for residential use at the original installation site, and is non-transferable.
Products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with Oakly’s instructions. Unauthorized modifications to the cabinet, hardware or finish can void coverage. Damage caused before or during installation, improper storage or installation, assembly or disassembly, abuse, neglect, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, abrasive or citrus cleaners, on-site alterations, intentional damage, accidents and normal wear are excluded.
Oakly’s obligation is limited, at its discretion, to repair or replacement of a cabinet or component determined to be defective under normal use within the warranty period. Service, labor, shipping, transportation, removal, installation and subsequent damage are not included. Countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures and other products used with the cabinetry are outside this cabinet warranty.
